To use your “smart applications” you must follow a logical sequence of procedures:
- First, invite candidates to complete the PROFILE MAPPING. You fill in the Names and Emails of the candidates in a form in your restricted area in the system, and the system will automatically send the INVITATIONS. When a candidate completes their Mapping, you will receive the REPORT directly in your registered email. This will form your PROFILE BASE;
- JOB CREATION is the second application used when you want to identify an ideal PROFILE for a Position/Job/Function. For this, you use at least 3 Profiles of professionals most “aligned with the position/job/function” and send the data to the system to CREATE an IDEAL PROFILE for the available position. In this case, you need to identify the Position Name, sector, hierarchy, etc., so that it can be easily identified when “filtering” candidates;
- Selection Filters are the last application in the process: when you use “artificial intelligence” to “filter” one or more professionals from a list of candidates, or those most “in tune” with the Profile of the available Position!
