Selection Filters is an Intelligent Application from Human Profile for the professional selection process. It is one of the most important applications in our system, as it enables the comparison and analysis of numerous Professional Profiles applying for a position, quickly and efficiently identifying those most suitable, compatible, or closest to the IDEAL PROFILE defined for a JOB / POSITION.
This application uses the Profile Mappings already performed by the system and previously selected in the repository of your database, to compare them with a JOB / POSITION, using specific filters and Machine Learning. We emphasize that this application entirely depends on having a Profile Base as well as the Creation of a JOB previously defined in your Human Profile account, to analyze and select the profiles that are most compatible with the Position offered.
ATTENTION: when purchasing the Selection Filters application, you must first have Created a JOB, or proceed with a Job Creation – in order to identify the Ideal Profile for the Position available. And, to use this application (Job Creation), it will be necessary to send at least 3 Profile IDs already mapped by the system, in order to provide the necessary data for the system to analyze, compare, and report the Profiles most compatible with the desired Position.
