Filter to Select Candidates for a Position
FILTER is Human Profile’s Intelligent Application used to select candidates for a position/job. Essential for the professional selection process, it is considered the most important application in our system, as it makes it possible to filter out – through data analysis and AI – the most qualified candidates for the available position/job.
By exploiting the repository of its database, which contains the profile mapping already carried out by various professionals, FILTER is able to screen candidates for a given vacancy. FILTER uses predictive analysis, such as big data and machine learning, to extract sensitive data and map numerous professional profiles. The system evaluates and selects those who are most suitable, compatible or closest to the IDEAL PROFILE defined for that FUNCTION / POSITION.
This application depends entirely on the existence of a database of profiles already registered in the system, as well as the creation of at least one JOB in your Human Profile account, allowing the system to analyze and select the most compatible professional profiles for the job on offer.
To use the Filters, you need to be registered and logged in to our system, as well as have purchased Profile Analysis packages and at least one Job from the Human Profile Store. Once you have done this, go to “MY ACCOUNT” and choose the “My Applications” option. In the top menu, click on the Filter button and follow the instructions to send your “Filter JOB” request.
