Creating a JOB with AI
JOB is an intelligent application that allows you to CREATE an IDEAL PROFESSIONAL PROFILE for a job or function and then map the most compatible candidates using the FILTER application.
Our system uses predictive models such as Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning and Big Data to CREATE a JOB with specific, previously identified skills and competencies. That said, this application makes it possible to establish an ideal or desired Profile, enabling the best results to be obtained in the individualized role!
And how does this work?
To create a JOB, our system analyzes and processes previously selected Profiles (already submitted to PROFILE – Profile Analysis System), taking into account the aptitudes, characteristics and professional skills that tend to fully satisfy the function or position for which the most qualified professional is being sought.
To create a JOB, you must be registered and logged in to our system. In addition, you must have purchased at least one JOB from the Human Profile Store and already have Professional Profiles created in your profile database. After that, go to MY ACCOUNT and choose “My applications”. In the top menu, click on the JOBS button and follow the instructions to send your JOB.
